Jorge Alexánder de la Cruz, alias Cruger de Peatonales

Cruger was the most important figure in the Mexico Program after the capture and deportation of Hugo Armado Quinteros Mineros, alias Flaco. He was a fugitive from Salvadoran and U.S. justice in Mexico for eight years and is known from several police reports to have issued death orders for El Salvador from there in order to destabilize the low homicide rate during the early years of the Bukele administration. He was the penultimate leader of the Ranfla Nacional to be imprisoned in the United States, and no details are known about where and how his capture occurred. However, he became the first leader to plead guilty to the crimes with which he was charged in the Eastern District of New York.
