The ICE Killing the U.S. Has Already Forgotten

Last September, Silverio Villegas was gunned down by an ICE officer in Franklin Park, a Chicago suburb. The United States has already forgotten his name. Even the New York Times, the paper of record, recently identified him only as “a Mexican immigrant.”
